ONE STORY. TWO WAYS TO WORK.

You can feel the difference
in a single workday.

Rather than simply listing applications, we show how people, documents and the software behind a business can work together.

HOW THE WORKDAY CHANGES

Two people. The same work.
Two very different experiences.

Compare two workdays with similar tasks: one with Virtualiz® Suite and one with separate tools. The animation shows what changes when documents, people and applications work together.

AN ANIMATED STORY · TWO WORKDAYS

One workday. Two ways to work.

Two people have similar tasks. One uses Virtualiz® Suite; the other works across disconnected tools. Compare how their workdays unfold.

USE CASES BY ORGANIZATION

Every day is different.
Your workspace adapts.

See how Suite, Máquina Virtualiz® and complementary services support teams, training centers and professional communities.

01 / EDUCATION AND TRAINING

A training center coordinates courses, materials and participant follow-up.

Notebook and laptop on a training desk

A training provider runs several cohorts. Instructors need current materials and clear permissions. Files and Office provide shared outlines, guides and documents, separating internal program resources from the material participants are meant to receive.

Calendar schedules sessions and appointments; Forms collects registration details, basic assessments and feedback. Instructors use Chat to coordinate changes and Canvas to explain ideas and collaborate on whiteboards.

When a course calls for specialized Windows applications, compatible Máquina Virtualiz® workspaces or Virtualiz® WorkApps can be contracted with appropriate licensing. Suite supports collaboration and administration; it is not marketed as a complete learning-management or grading system.

02 / ASSOCIATIONS AND COMMUNITIES

A professional association connects chapters, committees and members while keeping businesses distinct.

Modern architecture representing a professional community

A chamber of commerce, professional association or networking group organizes meetings and projects across many member companies. The association has its own Suite space for minutes, event calendars, directories, committee work and shared material.

Forms gathers registrations and proposals, Chat helps committees coordinate and Office supports working documents. Authorized members collaborate in the association workspace without mixing those materials with their separate businesses.

A member who also subscribes to Suite for a separate business can switch between independently managed organizations in the Virtualiz desktop apps. Each person with Suite access needs a subscription. This is not a replacement for specialized third-party member-management or networking platforms.

03 / SERVICE CENTERS

A customer service team finds answers and coordinates everyday operations.

Service team reviewing everyday operations

A service center handles changing procedures, reference documents and supervisors across shifts. Suite keeps manuals in Files, prepares guides in Office and helps team leads coordinate with Calendar and Chat.

Supervisors track improvement work in Projects and use Forms for internal requests. When the center relies on a Windows CRM or operations application, Virtualiz may provide the contracted environment, subject to technical compatibility and licensing.

The customer remains responsible for telephone and customer-contact channels. Virtualiz does not provide a PBX, softphones, call routing or voice infrastructure. We provide the productivity workspace, documentation and agreed application services.

04 / AUDIT AND FINANCE

An audit firm receives evidence, prepares workpapers and delivers results.

Professional reviewing financial documents

It is Monday and an audit firm needs information from several clients. Instead of chasing emails, incomplete attachments and conflicting copies, the team provides each client with a Secure Inbox. Documents arrive in the appropriate Virtualiz® Files workspace, where permissions distinguish who may read, contribute to or manage information for each engagement.

When the review begins, authorized staff work with supporting evidence, reconciliations and client records in a shared folder structure. They can prepare notes in Suite, clarify questions in Chat and keep each engagement organized by client and period. Important comments no longer need to disappear into personal messages and local folders on different laptops.

If the analysis calls for desktop Excel with macros or specialized add-ins, an auditor opens the authorized Windows application through Máquina Virtualiz® or Virtualiz® WorkApps. They keep working with permitted company files and the tools their profession needs, without turning the process into a chain of manual exports and copies.

At completion, the engagement manager reviews deliverables and shares documents with appropriate access and expiration settings. Virtualiz® Sign can support the approval workflow, while Insights provides visibility into guests, shared links and permissions. The entire sequence, from initial request to follow-up, becomes easier to coordinate.

05 / PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

A consulting team supports a client from first meeting to follow-up.

Consultants of different ages review a project together

A potential customer discovers a consulting firm and books an introductory call using Calendar. Before the meeting, they submit a form with the information the team needs. The consultant is prepared because the details are organized in a workflow rather than buried in disconnected email threads.

During the call, the consultant takes notes, joins a video meeting in Chat and gathers the documents the client needs to provide. Afterwards they create a working folder with clear permissions and use Office to prepare a proposal. Authorized colleagues can continue without asking the client for the same materials again.

Once the scope is approved, Projects keeps tasks, owners, dates and progress visible. Documents requiring electronic signatures can move through Virtualiz® Sign, while additional requests are collected with Forms. The team knows what comes next and keeps project communication connected to the work.

When management reviews the engagement, Insights provides visibility into guests and externally shared files. From the initial appointment to final delivery, the consulting firm keeps its context, organizes activities and provides a more coherent customer experience without relying on each employee to connect separate tools.

06 / ARCHITECTURE AND ENGINEERING

A design practice keeps plans, models and reviews moving.

Architect reviewing project plans and notes

An architecture firm coordinates multiple projects with engineers, suppliers and clients. Each project has structured folders, defined responsibilities and access to the documents appropriate to each participant. Plans, technical notes, estimates and site photographs have a shared home instead of being scattered across laptops and conversations.

An engineer starts the morning by reviewing comments on the right drawing. The team coordinates in Chat and Projects, while Calendar tracks site visits, deadlines and meetings. Canvas makes it easy to explain a proposed design visually, even to participants who do not use the specialized technical software that produced it.

When it is time for CAD work, authorized users open specialized applications such as AutoCAD, subject to compatibility and licensing. Máquina Virtualiz® provides a managed Windows environment for those programs alongside the project files the user is permitted to access.

The client receives the latest revision through a controlled link and responds in the context of the shared material. A project director can check deliverables, tasks and external access without asking the entire team to reconstruct which file was sent. The firm keeps its professional software while improving coordination around the project.

07 / DESIGN AND COMMUNICATION

A creative studio turns an idea into a client-ready deliverable.

Designer sketching on a drawing tablet

An agency takes on a new campaign, with multiple assets, revisions and approvals. First it gathers the brief, references and original media in Virtualiz® Files. Designers, editors and account leads work from a shared source of truth, so everyone knows which material belongs to the project.

The concept develops in Canvas, where the team can explore compositions and capture feedback. Projects organizes tasks, owners and review dates. Chat handles quick questions and Calendar keeps client meetings visible, without disconnecting the conversation from the work itself.

For graphic production, a designer uses professional tools such as Photoshop when licensing and the environment allow. Source files and exports stay accessible to the authorized team, versions can be compared, and the selected result is shared with the people responsible for approval.

The final handoff uses access and sharing settings appropriate to the client, with Insights providing visibility into external access. For more demanding work—advanced video editing, 3D modeling and rendering—Máquina Virtualiz® Creativa will extend this experience. The underlying idea remains the same: creative production and coordination belong in one workspace.

Delivery of third-party software depends on compatibility, licensing terms, technical resources and the contracted service. Mentioning software brands does not imply a commercial partnership.
