Leopoldo Hurtado Lemus founded Virtualiz and created Virtualiz Cloud® Platform. He conceived and designed the platform architecture and its services, drawing on his background in enterprise infrastructure, virtualization and cloud technology to make technology genuinely useful to people.

Michelle leads Virtualiz’s business operations, coordinating processes, service experience and the relationships that support our customers.
Claudia brings a governance and financial perspective to Virtualiz’s strategic decisions and long-term development.
Virtualiz designs, maintains and operates the infrastructure and components covered by each contracted service. Support, protection and availability commitments are defined in the relevant commercial agreement.
Customer-uploaded information remains the customer’s; Virtualiz processes it to deliver the service. Export and removal are coordinated on cancellation, with a ten-day target for deleting active data. Backups and legally required retention need separate contractual treatment.
