Virtualiz Solutions, S.A. de C.V. (“Virtualiz”) is responsible for personal data collected for its website, business inquiries, customer contracts, billing and customer relationships. Its formal service address must be added after legal review. For privacy inquiries and access, rectification, cancellation or objection requests, email info@virtualiz.mx with the subject “Personal data”.
Name, contact details, company and role; commercial, administrative and billing records; support requests; IP addresses, technical logs and authentication information needed to operate services. Customers may store files, messages, calendars, photographs and other content in contracted products. Virtualiz generally acts as processor for that content, subject to the applicable agreement.
To answer inquiries and prepare proposals; create accounts, manage access, deliver and maintain services, handle incidents, bill, meet legal obligations and prevent abuse. Promotional messages, if sent, will provide an opt-out mechanism. We do not sell customer content or use it for targeted advertising.
Technology, connectivity, communications, payments or support providers may participate in service delivery. Any transfers will be assessed against applicable law and agreements. We apply administrative and technical controls appropriate to our services, without claiming immunity from incidents or absolute guarantees.
Customers retain ownership of their content. On cancellation, available exports and deletion of active data will be coordinated with a target of ten days after termination. Backups, operational logs and records subject to retention obligations may have different schedules to be detailed in the final contract. This notice does not promise deletion of every copy within ten days.
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to processing of your personal information and, where applicable, withdraw consent. Requests should identify the requester and the requested right; we will verify identity and respond within applicable legal periods. Material changes to this notice will be communicated on this website or through agreed channels.
