1. Provider and scope
These terms govern informational use of virtualiz.mx and provide an initial framework for services offered by Virtualiz Solutions, S.A. de C.V. Purchased services are governed by the applicable order, accepted proposal, data addenda and specific agreed terms; those documents prevail in case of conflict.
2. Seats, services and prices
Virtualiz® Suite I, II and III are offered per named authorized user per month. Files expansion is per user; Mail expansion per mailbox; Photos+ is per organization, requires an active Suite subscription and is billed separately. Taxes, limits, payment terms, term, renewals and price changes must be stated before purchase. Sharing credentials does not replace user seats.
3. Authorized use and content
Customers are responsible for the content they store, permissions they grant, and the rights needed for their files, software and data. Unlawful use, system abuse and unauthorized distribution are prohibited. Third-party software and Windows applications depend on licenses, compatibility and contracted scope.
4. Operations, support and changes
Virtualiz operates the infrastructure and components covered by the contracted service. Maintenance windows, response commitments, availability, backup, recovery and shared responsibilities will be stated in the proposal and addenda, without a blanket guarantee of uninterrupted service. The learn.virtualiz.cloud center will host guides and support channels; until fully available, contact us by email.
5. Data, exit and cancellation
The customer retains ownership of its content and should request or perform available export before termination. On cancellation, Virtualiz will begin active-data removal with a ten-day target, subject to a verifiable technical process, backup cycles and retention obligations to be specified contractually. Nonpayment suspension and notice periods must be expressly agreed.
6. Intellectual property, liability and law
Marks, website design and proprietary developments belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership of customer content. Liability limitations, exceptions, dispute resolution and jurisdiction must be defined in the final agreement under Mexican law; nothing here is intended to restrict non-waivable legal rights.
